Join the crew at Springs Road Wines in Cygnet River on the long weekend of Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th June 2024 from
12 noon to 5pm for a rustic 2 course lunch served with a glass of the Springs Road little island Shiraz.
Chef Dustin Rogers (d’Arry’s Verandah, The Adelaide Club, SC Pannell, Pied à Terre London and more) will be on the pans serving up a Boeuf Bourguignon with home-made sourdough from d’Estrees bakery. Dessert will be tarte tatin made using homegrown KI apples from Annabel’s garden.
